5v5 in center grid going to small sided central goals. Ball starts in 1 of 6 areas based on who's ball it is.
If ball goes out of play at any stage, the ball will restart from that side winger (as shown with red arrow/shaded area) who are now going to goal 2v0. Winner's ball each and every time; every ball starts at wingers UNLESS goal/out of bounds in final 3rd, then it starts from your teams out of bounds for a build out into the 5v5 grid.
If your team gives it away, you rotate off. 2 wingers in each spot.

Same rules as prior progression except only fixed wingers in final 3rd. Each team can send in 2 players max from the 10v10 to drop in/attack.

Groups of 4:
Finishing Drill.
Line #1: Dribbles through cones and take shot off. Then provides option to Group 2.
Line #2: Plays 1-2 with person from line 1. Takes shot towards goal(1 timed finish).
Line #3: Takes touch out of his feet and shoots from distance. Person next in line plays pass out wide to Group 4.
Line #4: Takes touch towards baseline and plays cross into first 3 players involved within activity.
3 4 minute intervals with 1 minute rest in between.
