Playing Out VS A High Press (20 mins)
Constraints:
Midfield 3 must start inside the central box
To start Goalkeeper must play to central defenders
Key Principles:
Create a diamond to play out
Break lines
Retain the ball with simple, early and quick passes
Session triggers
Work with blue team and manage the red
RED team to press when the ball is played out from the keeper who starts play
RED team score normally
BLUE team score by getting the ball to 7 or 11 (wide mini goals)
WIDE PLAYERS LOCKED IN
