A- Ball played in, 1st player sets and spins around the pole. 2nd player plays through ball and 1st player shoots. (inside foot technique)
B- As soon as A's shot has been hit, 1 player plays a ball down the line, 2nd player crosses for original 2 players, who are travelling into the box, to win a header or a volley. 1st time finish.
C- Same two players reset their runs to to hit a first time shot laid back by either the coach or the 2nd keeper.
