1 dribbles into score zone and scores into any goal, as soon as shot is away 1 becomes defender, 2 drives forward as 1 shoots (not when ball hits net, as soon as 1 strikes) creating 1v1 looking for drive toward open goal and then COD when at defender, attacking must be full speed with no pause, as soon as shot away or 1 wins tackle 2 becomes defender and 3 drives forward to catch them out, 1 gets ball and joins end of line. continue this at high tempo

7 a side game with wide yellow players playing for whoever has possesion, wide players only allowed 2 touch and must be used to get ball out of own half and also must set up finish. wide players cant leave zone but can move up and down whole pitch.
varations all players limited touch, wide players 1 touch , 1st time finish in the box
concentrate on quick passing and always looking to play out wide then get back , tempo of match to be full on
