Organisation
3 to 4 players on each yellow cone
All the balls in the middle
Split them into team 1,2,3,4
Session Explanation
Players one at a time without a ball to begin must go into the middle, pick up a cone and bring it back to their team. Team with most cones wins at the end.
Progress to players using their feet. They must dribble ball into the centre pick up a cone and dribble back to their team.
Progression
Players must dribble through the minefield of cones to the group diagonnaly opposite. If they hit a cone they myst go back to the start. First team to make it across wins.

Organisation
Split group. One coach takes 10 the other coach takes 10.
1 v 1
All balls with coach in the midde of the two groups
Session Explanation
Players run around the goal and coach throws the ball in for 1 v 1. Player can score in either goal to begin with
Progression
Teams can only score in 1 goal. Red team in goal A and Blue team in Goal B
Depending on ability progress to 2 v 2

All players without the ball to start and we play a fun tagging game
Session Explanation
Tiger Tails- All players have a bib tucked into their shorts and players must try to get the bib from each others shorts. The tiger with the most tails at the end wins.
To progress this game we can introduce a ball. Working on the players shielding whilst trying to keep their bib tucked in
Spiderman Tag- The coach chooses a tagger who doesnt have a ball but has a bib in their hands. All the other players have a ball.
The tagger must throw their bib at the players football. If the players ball is hit they must stand their frozen for 10 seconds. They can then come back into the game after doing 5 toe taps!
Make sure to swap the taggers every round and you can introduce more taggers.
