d)Sole (players role the ball with their sole towards their other leg)

15 x 20 yard area
Every player with a ball. Coaches are jogging around inside of the grid and players attempt to kick a ball against coach! If you hit coach with a ball then coach has to do 1 push up!
Variation:
1)Player get to pick coaches punishment
2)Coaches have the balls and players run around

Activity Organization
15 x 15 individual grid with 5 yard free zones in between
Instruction & Detail
Players attempt to beat defender to get into the next section, objective beat all 3 defenders to get though the grid. 1 point for every success + 5 point bonus if you beat all three. Defenders move up each time and stay as defenders for 90 seconds, change roles after 90 seconds.

3 v 3 open game. Whenever a ball goes out of play coach calls out NEW BALL and players keep playing. High tempo game with lots of touches.
