Throw ins

Things to remember-

If game is equal/we are losing Every ball is our ball - collect ball and if ref gives it the other way, drop behind you and get back into position

If We are winning and throw is ours - take your time.

RB and LB should take most of throws - unless we are playing at speed then first player to get there takes throw.

YOU MUST USE OWN INITIATIVE ON THESE POINTS. It dosnt have to be the same every time, change it up, be unpredictable and use your own mind. The game its self will give you direction.

Blue Lines

Can we get ball to other side of field as quick as possible? This is where the space is.

In This area either go back to feet to try switch play or (A)

Play feet and back and then try play out/long (B)

Long over the top of wide forards head into movement of Forward (C)

DO NOT GO SQUARE

Green Lines

Can try square if movement is quick from players on field.

Go long if possible and thrower is of a good standard

Play feet and back to cross.
