CROSSING STANFORD
Two teams compete in center with four neutrals.
Play begins with a goalkeeper.
If ball is played to the closest neutral they play forward to the farthest one, they cross ball
If ball is played to the farthest neutral, they drop to the closest neutral who crosses
Progression
If ball is played to closest Neutral (defensive zone) they look to play a forward through ball to the team in possession

A small sided game played with offset goals to create crossing opportunities

SMALL SIDED GAME 3V3 WITH FLANK NEUTRALS (CROSSING)
Teams play 3v3 to goal
Neutral players on outside are limited to three touches and restricted to their side of the field
Inside players have unlimited touches
Inside players can not enter neutral zones to defend
Goals from normal run of play = 1 point
Goals from a cross and first time finish via header, volley or 1 touch = 3 points
Progress:
Neutral players can be chased by opposing neutral player
Neutrals have unlimited touch and one defensive player can come across into zone to defend them
Opposite side neutrals can enter gird from neutral cross

CROSSING: NEAR AND FAR POST RUNS
Outside players start with a dribble then cross to two players making far and near post runs
Progress:
Start with a pass out wide and serve
Add a central line (runner)

Setup:6v6 + 2 or needed inside the playing areaAttacking players (+2) in each "corner" of the playingarea
Goal from the seam = 2
Goal from run of play = 1
Balls out of bounds start with GK
GK can distribute directly to the corner players
Attacking:
Movement to open and exploit spaces betweendefenders (seams)
Balls driven into seams
Defending:
Marking ball side/goal side
GK movement and communication
