Setup: Two 15x15 yd grids set up even with the edges of the 18. Pole placed in the middle of each grid (game can be played without pole). Two groups of 4 v 2 in each grid. Two waiting players by wide cones.
Game: Each grid plays a 4v2 rondo, with blue players staying on their outside lines (can move side to side. Blue players are trying to hit the pole in the center. Red players are trying to win the ball from their grid and counter to goal.
When either pair of red defenders win a ball, they immediately pass wide to either B or C, and they release into box with both B and C to go to goal. Blue players A and D release immediately back into space to defend against the counter (creating a 4v2 to goal.) A and D act as center defenders and try to win the ball and push back out into squares. Once a goal is scored or blue wins the ball back, the two grids continue the 4v2 games. Try to rotate the A and D positions on each restart.
Scoring: 1 pt for red goal. 1 pt for blue hitting pole.
Duration: 5 min games and switch roles

- Immediate chase once ball is lost.
- Cover the passing lanes instead of just chasing the ball.
- Quick feet, quick movement, quick reaction time
- 1st defender pressure, 2nd defender cover the passing lane

Setup: 25 X40 grid. Two poles placed in the center of the grid. 7 blue players positioned with 2 on the front and back and one on the side. This sets up as a positional rondo for blue. 4 red players in the box, and two red players wide. Goalkeeper or mannequin in the goals.
Game: Blue players play rondo with 6 being only player inside the grid. Their objective is to hit the poles for a point. Red is trying to win the ball and counter to goal. As soon as red wins the ball, they immediately pass to a wide outlet player waiting by the cone and all red players go to goal. Blue defenders, 2,3,4,5, and 6 immediately transition to defense and attempt to win the ball back.
Scoring: 1 pt for a red goal. 1 pt for blue hitting a cone.
Coaching:

Setup: 1 big goal and 2 counter goals. 7 red. 6 blue players + keeper. coach with balls in center of field.
Game: Balls start in center and playe into red. They attempt to attack to goal. Blue tries to pressure every forward pass, win the ball, and counter attack to small goals.
Coaching:
- Prevent red 9 from getting the ball
- Ball side and goal side positioning.
- Take away the nearest pasif

Setup: Star passing pattern setup between arcs. 4 defenders setup on 4 cones on the 18 yd line.
Game: As the ball moves in pattern, the defenders in the back move as unit to pressure the ball. Every time it is played forward, someone steps up as if to intercept and not let defender turn. Played to the side, the defenders move in diagonal with outside player pressuring the ball. When it moves back, they all step forward. Simulate game movement. Rotate players to defensive spots.
