Keeping Varsity, JV, and C team all togeher but splitting up into three even groups to rotate through three different exercises for about 10-15 minutes for each exercise. A lot of technical work with some more finishing that won't be too hard on the legs.

-Circle Exercise-
-Half of the players on the inside of the circle, other half on the outside of the circle with a ball.
-Do about 30-45 second rotations and then switch inside and outside groups.
1.Inside players check to a ball and take two touches to receive it and play it back to the same player, then find another ball.
2. Inside players check to and play the ball back in one touch, then find another ball.
3. Now outside players toss ball with their hands for inside players to volley it back to them with the inside of the foot.
4. Volleys with the laces.
5. Thigh, then volley
6. Chest, volley
7. Headers
- Coach can throw in any other ideas other than the ones above, these are just some basic ideas for them.

-Station 3-
-There will be two lines for this one at point A and point B
-Player A passes a ball out to line B and then immediately takes a different ball and dribbles at speed through a group of randomly scattered cones and takes a shot as soon as he clears the cones (before the 18yd box).
-While player A is dribbling through and shooting, Player B is taking the ball received from player A and dribbling around 4 cones along the line, once he gets past the final cone he crosses the ball into the box for player A to finish.
-After player A takes his first shot, he must immediately recycle and prepare for the incoing cross.
-Players shag their shots and then switch lines.
-Line B switches over to the left side halfway through.

I will be setting a couple of restrictions for the varsity for the scrimmage at least for the first half if not the whoe scrimmage.
-Restrictions-
1. Two touches max until they are past the cones (attacking third).
2. No more than two forward passes in a row until they are plast the cones.
-Zac may choose to add an restrictions to his guys if he pleases but does not have to. I don't intend on telling the JV guys what the Varsity restrictions are, so if Zac makes any for his JV guys I don't expect the Varsity guys to know what they are.

Station 1
-Station 1-
- Players (Yellow) start by running through the straight red cones like a ladder (one foot between each cone), once he gets to end he will receive a ball played in from the coach (black), the player has two touches to get a shot of as quick as possible.
- After the shot the player then quickly gets around the blue cone to the left and cuts in toward goal for a one touch finish off a ball played across by the coach.
- Player shags both of his shots before returning to the back of the line.
- Halfway through the coach will switch to the other side.
