Organization:
1.15 x 20 yard areas, set up as shown
2.Players divided into 2/3 groups depending on number
3.1 ball per player
Instructions:
1.Players dribble to cone and execute the selected move to beat each cone Moves - Roll, Scissor, Fake
2.Players must then accelerate to big cone and dribble around cone after weaving through small cones
3.Next player in line goes when player in front start to accelerate
4.Movement should be sharp, tidy and quick too ensure heart rates raised.
Coaching Points:
1. Using the inside and outside of foot when dribbling through cones
2. Head Up to observe distance and space in front of you
3. Acceleration after going through small cones
4. try to touch ball with every step of your dribble
Progression:
1.P - Reduce distance between the small cones
2.P - Give Each cone a different skill move

Organization:
Split field into halves or quaters. 20X20 yards
4 - 6 players on each field
Blue Shirt - defenders
White Shirt - attackers
players go at the same time for 1V1 games
Instructions:
Defender passes the ball to the attacking player. Defender is allowed to close attacker down after attacker takes his first touch 1v1 game is then on 30 seconds or a goal
If defenders wins the ball they are allowed to score
Coaching Points:
- AGGRESSIVE MENTALITY Defending & Attacking
- accuracy of starting pass
- attacker should use proper technique to receive ball before starting dribble
- use of moves to beat defender + a goal gives bonus points
Progressions:
- Players must make 2,3 touches before scoring
- Players can only make forward touches

Organization:
- 8-16 players playing 1v1v1v1 set up as shown
- Each team is assigned one Goal
- Coach becomes referee/ball server
Instructions:
- All players are assigned numbers
- Coach calls out numbers then plays a certain number of balls
-Players must rush out to ball take it and score on another opposition's net.
- Each Team has 3 lives plus their goal
- Everytime a team concedes a goal they lose one of their lives
- After a team as lost their goal, the goal is turned down and that team becomes ghost
- Ghost Players are still involved in the game they just don't have a Home(goal) to protect.
- Last team left with a life or their goal is the SURVIVOR!!!
Coaching Points:
- Use laces to shoot at all times
- Players should use the skill moves to try to beat players to get off shot
- Players must think of attacking first then defending second
Progressions:
1. Players can regain a life/lives if then do a move to beat defender then score
2. Play with everyone.

- Half of a playing field
- One team on the sideline
- Coach becomes referee
Instructions:
Teams are rotated every time their is a goal/after 4 mins of play.
Players are encourage to dribble players 1v1 and pass Only when their is no space to dribble
Coaching Points:
- Players should communicate I'm open to teammates when they are in good positions
- Players should dribble when they see no option to pass

Organization:

Instructions:
1. Coach introduces technique for close dribbling then ask players to dribble for 30sec - 1min.
2. Caoch demonstrates skills moves (Roll, Fake/Feint, Scizzors)
2. Coach then assigns each skill move a number 1-3
3. Coach asks his players to dribble and execute skill move when number is called.
4. If wrong skill is executed or is executed too slow player has to do 5 Star jumps
5. Play for a set time, player with the least mistakes tabbed Numbers Champ
Coaching Points:
1.Change of speed
2.Dribble into open space
3. Acceleration after skill move
Progressions:
1. Coach calls 2 numbers for a combination of skills.
2. Change the numbers for different skills or add more numbers to incorporate ball mastery techniques example Boxes/penguins
