Basic Movement
Basic Movement for these three drills. Position 1 to 2, to 3, to 4
For younger players have them run through once without the ball perhaps as ball and then two balls adds complexity they may struggle with. Variations on runs and passing combinations limited only by your imagination.
Works great with 8 players but additional players can be added in positions 1 and 4. Will work with six players - movement from position 3 to 4 becomes recieve and dribble. See Variation 3.
Variations meant to done over a series of sessions not back to back in one session. Once players have mastered your variations they can run through quickly and with pace. Important to maintain pace throughout the activity - keep movements quick and sharp.
