Dynamic Stretches
1. Legs apart, bounce L, C, R (5x) 2. Calves 1, 2, 3 switch (2x each leg) 3. Knee to chest into Figure 4 with footwork in between (2x each) 4. Quad strech with footwork in between (2x each) 5. Speed skater with footwork in between (2x each) 6. Spiderman/Rollback (4x each) 7. Reverse RDL + Reverse lunge + Overhead reach (4x each) 8. Open/Close the Gate (4x each) 9. Objective: to improve our passing and receiving
Organization: players are in pairs with one ball.
Instructions: players pass back and forth as instructed.
Variations: (1) one touch, (2) two touch receive with sole, (3) 3 touch receive with sole, roll right, roll left and pass, (4) receive it halfway across court, pull it back to the other end, then pass it, (5) same but pull back alternating feet, (6) move across court with partner with one passing the other capping it and back pedaling, (7) same as 6 but now roll it back to partner, (8) low scoops once bounce, (9) low scoop receive out of the air, (10) cross court scoops.

Objective: improve our 1v1 attacking and ball control.
Organization: 3v3 field with two small sided goals. 5 yard scoring zone on each end.
Instructions: play 3v3. Players must be IN their attacking scoring zone in order to score. If the ball goes out of bound players must put it on the line like in futsal then they can dribble or pass it in. Emphasize 4 seconds.
Coaching Points: (1) be aggressive going 1v1, (2) look for teammates in the scoring zone, (3) make a triangle, (4) keep the ball under control so you can score in the zone.

Objective: to learn the full game of futsal and work on a 1-3-1 formation.
Organization: 5v5 full court two goals. Both teams set-up in 1-3-1 formation
Instructions: play normal game of futsal.
General Coaching Points: (1) teach the rules of futsal to the players, (2) start developing the system of play.

Objective: improve our comfort with the bal.
Organization: each player with a ball on the court.
Instructions: explain the out of bounds to all the players. Then players dribble and on coach command they execute skill.
Variations: (1) dribble then stop with the sole, (2) boxing, (3) dribble then stop and do 10 toe touches, (4) dribbling then on command rip it back 3x right foot, (5) dribbling then on command rip it back 3x with left foot, (6) dribbling then left foot pull back, (7) dribbling then right foot pull back.
