Organization:
Same set up as the warm up, but now each lane needs just 1 ball.
Instructions:
player with the ball rolls the ball to left or right side, then they will use the inside of the foot to pass it to the player across.
Avoid hitting the cone in the middle
Coaching Points:
Can we pass the ball while its still rolling with good technique on the inside of the foot pass.
Can we connect the pass to feet.
Can we use both feet when we are passing.
Progressions:
Progress into the main activity that involves a little pressure.

Organization:
Same set up with the cones as the warm up stage.
3 Vs.1 in each grid.
Coach with the balls in the middle where the ball are above.
Instructions:
The team with the ball has to complete 5 inside of the foot passes to their teammates for a point.
Once the 5 passes are complete, the team can play a through pass and finish on goal for another point.
If the defender wins the ball or knocks it out of play. His team on the other side gets to try to get the 5 passes against 1 defender.
Coaching Points:
Can we pass the ball with speed(2 touches if possible)
Can we provide options for the player on the ball.
Can we open up our body to prepare to pass the ball with the inside of the foot.
Modifications:
Depending on numbers, it could be 4 vs 2.
Another team can be on the outside as neutrals if the numbers are really high.
If the space is too tight for the level your coaching, make it a little bigger, and if its too easy, make the space a little smaller.
If there is no GK, use a small goal.

Organization:5 v 5 on a half field.
Instructions:
Regular game but players can not cross the half field line(red above) UNLESS they get 3 inside of the foot passes, then attacking team only can join the attack and score a goal.
The team in possession can also get a point if they complete 5 inside of the foot passes.
Coaching Points:
Can we pass to feet.
Can we pass quickly with the inside of the foot.
Support the player with the ball.
Progressions:
Progress into a regular game without the restrictions.

Warm-up (15 mins)
Organization: Set up lanes 10 by 20 with a ball on top of a cone in the middle as shown above.
Instructions: 1 Player starts by passing with the inside of the foot and trying to knock the ball off the cone for a point.
If the player knocks it off, he goes and puts the ball back on the cone and gets his own ball.
Take turns trying to knock the ball off and first player to 5 wins the game.
Coaching Points:
Use the inside of the foot.
Look up at the target before you pass the ball.
