Screen 2
in a small grid, coach will build a lot of gates using two different shaper or colors.
Players must drive the ball through the gates and go find a new one, but in a different color/shape.
Progression:
- Players now must drive towards the gate, and try to copy the special move the coach showed them. After doing the move and going back or through the gate, they must speed up and find another gate, but in a different color/shape. Every gate they ger, doing the right move, they will get +1 point.
- coach now add mobile defenders who will be running on the field without a ball and will try to block the gates. If there is a defender in the gate the player was trying to go, he/she must change directions and go to a new one. Player still have to intercalate between gates color/shape.
Coaching points: keep your head up; scan to find the next gate; change your direction after turning; speed up, the defender is coming!; where can you see the space?

Screen 3
Coach will have a team of two defenders on the field without a ball. All the other players must have a ball. To score a point, the defenders run towards the players with the ball and must touch the ball. Players with the ball, to avoid the defenders, must use the moves they had practiced before, change directions and go away from the defender.
Every ball the defender touches, it's +1 point. Team of 2, with the biggest number of points, wins.
Switch defenders after time (1/1:30 min).
Coaching points: defender is coming, can you change your directions?; what previous skills can you use to move away from the defender?.

Game time: regular game with regular rules. Coach should encourage players to use their skills against the defenders. Coach should also keep reminding them about the team shape.
