Practice 1 (15 mins)
Run forward to the pole
Moving backwards/ get set/ then the shot takes place.
First one is inside the foot slower one to allow for one knee down save
Second one is laces strike for a diving save.

Practice 2 (15 mins)
Coach plays to B. B sets to C (first inside of the foot finish, next laces) focus on keeping the ball down to shoot onto the goalkeeper (d).
C then become a resting players and then D goes in goal. B is the next to shoot and A becomes the setter after there save.
