- PL Single hop jump using Bosuball and single leg landing to balance - change direction and acceleration

COORDINATION & AGILITY
Players divide themselves equally by each red marker. The first player at each marker performs the exercise in to the middle then makes a recover run back out to the traffic cone before moving on to the next exercise. The next players goes once the player in front has completed the exercise.
The drill can repeat for a certain amounts of reps or timing. The drill can then be repeated the other way round (anti-clockwise)
