Screen 2 (10 mins)
Ball Mastery
Each player with a ball each, 1 person from each corner at one time must dribble out using the correct technique, dribble into the box and dribble back. Next person to then go and repeat.
PROGRESSION
Instead of the player entering the box and turning back, they then have to enter the box and dribble out to the left/right/straight through.

Shooting Coaching Points:
non-kicking foot planted, toes pointing towards target, using inside offoot or laces to contact the centre of the ball, following through after makingcontact
Game 1 - Ball is passed out to player in the middle, who takes a touch to score. Who passed the ball in changes with player in the middle and alternate the side in which the ball is being played from.
Game 2 - Players are spread around the central square, player in the middle to ask for the ball from each outside player 1 time each. Central player receives the pass to control and shoot. Rotate player after 4 attempts in the middle.
