- Attacking teams receive the ball and look to complete 5-10 passes before transfering the ball across to the other attacking team.
- 2 Defenders enter the square on the attacking teams 1st touch and try to stop them
- Once the ball is transferred 2 different defenders enter the opposite group and try to win the ball back
- Teams to rotate and take it in turns as the defending team

Transfers Progression - Team in posession look to complete 5 passes before transfering the ball. If the defending team win back posession, this time they can score by running the ball through one of the 3 gates in the area they are defending.
Team who have lost posession need to react and counter press to prevent the defending team scoring. The game is dead only once the ball is out of play.
