3 v 3 v 3.
This time we carry on the work from last week but all with constant pressure under defenders. The session starts on the halfway line. The team starting must atatck one of the goals and try and break the opposition down. If they give the ball away then they take there place as the defedning team in the half they have just attacked and the defending team will receive a ball from their Goalkeeper and run up to the halfway line to begin their attack in the opposite half. This process repeats for a 3 minute period. If you score then you are the ones to get the ball back off the keeper and go back into the other half.
Key Points:
Patient in possession.
Rotations.
Feints, Fakes and Blocks to disorganise the defence.
Create overloads in Key Zones.
Recognise the defensive shape, body shape and intensity of the opposition and make good decision in reference to these factors.
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Futsal images.
Game:
Finish with a game to put into practice what we have done in the session. This time the players decide amongst themselves how they are going to setup defensively.
