Futsal Session (Academy Sessions): Attacking training (Start Time: 2018-12-21 13:55:00)

Waves attacking (30 mins)

Waves exercice 3 teams of 3 players

Attacking exercice where we play with 3 jokers.

Start attacking the blue team with 3 black jokers and 1 red defender.

When this attack finish, the red team attack with 2 players plus the 3 black jokers against one blue.

The next step is the 3 blues with the 3 black jokers against the 2 reds and to finish 3 reds + 3 black jokers againt the 3 blues.

When this wave system finish, we do the same but starting with reds, same progression 1+3:1, 1:2+3, 3+3:2 and 3:3+3.

When they finish the two waves movements, the team who has scored more goals still attacking in the middle and the team that has lost become jokers.
