Organisation
3 x GKs, Mannequins in a line in goal mouth (10 yards from goal line), Spare balls with each GK.
GK 1 passes the ball to GK 2 from wide position with with hands.
GK 2 catches the ball and moves the ball across his box (and clear of the mannequins) and Kicks the ball to GK 3.
GK 3 catches the ball, Kicks the ball back to GK 2.
GK 2 catches the ball as they would in a game situation and then passes it out to GK 1.
After 5 reps GK rotate clockwise, do another 5 reps then rotate again and do a final 5 reps.
Progression
- Ask GK 2 to speed up to encourage counter attack/break away scenarios.
- GK 3 to vary position to vary distance/angle of kicking.
- Add thowing and rolling into the practice

Play will always start with a goal-kick,
GK must play the ball to a defender and RECEIVE A RETURN PASS before the other players come into the game.
The pitch is narrowed and compacted to add more pressure onto GKs when they have the ball at feet.
Regression
Widen the pitch to full width.

After initial pass by GK, opposition are authorised/encouraged to apply pressure
