4 equal teams (play all strikers/attacking MF on same teams).

How to Play
Team A try to keep possession until they can find a line breaking pass to Team D.
If Team C intercept the ball they turn and play to Team B.
Continue from Team B back to Team C, if Team D win the ball they play to Team A.
4x2 minute rounds - rotate teams through each channel.

Set up as shown.
Team B has 4 defenders (2 CB, 2 FB and 2 MF players. Team A has 2 forwards (at each end) and 3 MF players.
8s and 9s play in their respective shaded areas and the midfield zone (not opposite shaded area.
How to Play
Play starts from GK to Blues. The team must try to combine to get the ball to the opposite GK.
FBs do not have to stay in the channel.
GK should try to distribute to one of the nearest defenders (conditioned start).
Team A's forwards should attempt to slow down/prevent Team B from playing forward.
If Team A can regain the ball they counter at the goal with the 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11.

Attitude to transition must be positive (defence to attack).
Shape of run (make play predictable).
Secondary defenders (angles and distances of support).
Cues and triggers to press (bad touch, weak pass).
Condense the space.
