Players are all given a ball each and asked to go and dribble around in a box.
The coach will associate a number with a skill or movement e.g. 1: step over, 2: toe taps, 3 popcorn touches etc.
this is another part of the warm up to get the players all with a ball at their feet.

Players are paired up and passing the ball between them, players must make sure they are using the inside of their foot to pass and receive the ball
Players will pass the ball at 4 different distances: 10,20,30 & 40 yard passes

Players are split into teams of 3. two players on the outside and one in the middle.
Players 1 & 2 play 4 passes between them. Player one then plays a longer pass to player 3, player 2 & 3 repeat the 4 passes and then the ball is played from player 3 back to player 1.
each player is in the middle 2 two minutes working non stop for that time.

Player 1 then takes the ball back to the middle cone and then repeats with player 3.
each player should complete this nonstop for around 60 - 90 seconds.
There should be a game after this drill. (10/15 minutes)

Warm up 1 (5 mins)
players split into two groups and line up behind the red cones at the bottom of the box.
The players run between the two red cones in a line performing some warm up movements e.g. knees up, heels up, side steps and arm swings.
The players are encouraged to try and keep pace with everyone. if one line finishes before they other then they are to wait until the other line has finished
so that they can go as a team.
