GK has to protect the cones, whilst the players on the outside try to knock the cones over.
Encourage GK to stay low and on toes, to make movement around easier to protect the cones.
Number of players and distance from cones can vary situation dependent.
Ensure that the players have done stretches/ Activation for then they spread in the blocks.
