Attacker dribbles arround in the red box. There is one defender, who tries to steal the ball from his partner. The attacker can beat the defender or look for a pass to one of the 6 players on the outside (blue cones). After the pass they switch positions. The defender has to stay in the red box, so the attacker gets some space to dribble at the defender.

Coaching Remarks
- 1 steps of beating a defender ( dribble with speed, fake out, go around, seperate)
- Call names when passing so the player expects the ball

The players will all have their own 2 cones. By dribbling and turning they will have to make the number eight (8) shape.

- Right foot only

- Have soft touches
- Control where the ball goes
- When to use which foot and which part of the foot
- Heels of the ground, don't be flat footed.

Create groups of 2 players, they will play 1v1. Player who dribbles through the most gates wins. Play multiple 60 seconds games.

The players are in a 20 by 20 yards grid. They have to stay insice this grid all the time. They are performing the following skills for 60 seconds and then they will have a 15 to 20 second break:
