Set Up
The centre player starts with the ball. All three player start on a red cone.
The centre player passes to his left or right then overlaps the player who he passed the ball too.
The defenders can press the ball once the first pass is made.
The attack finishes when the ball is out of play or a goal is scored.
The players will rotate clockwise after every attack.
Key Points

Defender:
1. Where do you show the attacker?

Practice Organisation:
*Players are set up in 3 teams of even numbers.
*Players on the outside are neutral players who feed the ball into the attacking team.
*The attacking teams objective is to score as many goals as possible, defenders are trying to block shots and not concede.
Progressions:
1. Time limit on shot once ball is in the area.

Conditions -
All players must
1. Receive on the back foot
2. Play in 2 touch
3. Create passing lines at all times
4. Players feet must be inside the pitch at all times
5. Players must keep their bum on the line
6. The player on the ball must have two supporting players to the left and right that are level with the defender.
7. The game is started with spot and play.
8. The middle player can only receive the ball through the middle of the blue players.
Breaking of these rules result in that player becoming the defender
The game is refereed by the player in the middle, this is to develop mistake management and correct technique.
Scoring -
A goal is scored by the red players playing a successful pass through the middle of the two blue players to the middle man who switches the ball to the player on the opposite side.
