Progression to Option 2. A plays to D. D passes to C and receives a wall pass. D passes to B and receives a wall pass then dribble back to start. A becomes B, B becomes C and C becomes D.

3 x 4 minute games with 1 minute rest in between
Before scoring you must play through a player in the central box.
Players can only enter box to receive and then must leave the box.
Progressions:
Only one touch in box
ball can not exit box from same side as entry
Allow a defender to enter box

Player on goal line passes to striker. Passer move to defend and win ball. Striker attampts to finish between post and cone. 1pt for a goal 2 pts for hitting cone. Players must keep their own score.
Players swap position once game is over.
