Key Factors
1.Three (red) defending players with the objective to get possession of the ball to become a player with the overload.
2.Ball starts at the Top with four players spread out around the grid and one player in the middle roaming free.
3.The objective of the bee team is to get the ball from the top end to the bottom end and back up to the top to make the defending team have to win possession of the ball twice.
4.Every time the player in the middle of the grid receives and makes a pass the team with the overload is awarded extra possessions against the defending team.

Key Factors
1.The team with possession of the ball (blue team and keepers) must make 5 passes in one of the grids before the defender in the other grid can help his defending team.
2.This then allows the team with possession the opportunity to switch the ball to the other grid using the overload to make the correct decisions on when to make the switch pass to the outlet player, This will earn the team in possession an extra possession.
