Organization: 15 x 10 box, 1 player in the middle at each end, 1 in the middle
Instructions: player 1 touches ball either right or left, player 2 moves opposite way, player 3 moves opposite way to 2, pass through, 3 dribbles back

Progressions: add passive defender, work on front foot,
once we have the technical ability, defender can tackle

Organization: Playing to goal, same set up as last exercise
Instructions: defender either goes with attacker in which case they use front foot and play back to server then play 2v1 to goal, if defender stays, they use back foot and play 1v1 to goal, both times defender is active on first touch of attacker
Coaching Points: check shoulder to see defenders position
