Add cone 4
2 players on each red cone
Rotation - 1,2,3,4
Time:
5 min each side
Instructions:
- Player 2 moves through the ladder and receives pass from player 1.
- Player 2 takes touch to their right and performs a skill turn .
- Player 2 continues their run and performs a skill dribble through the two blue cones.
- Player 2 makes a pass to player 3
- Player 3 attacks the pole and performs skill move and passes the ball to player 4.
- Player 4 opens up behind pole and passes into mini net.
- Player 4 retrieves ball and moves to position 1

Organization:
Split Group into 2 stations
TIme:
Round 1: Players stay at their station for 4 min then switch stations
Round 2: Players stay at their station for 4 min then switch stations
Round 3: Players stay at their station for 4 min then switch stations
Rotation:
Switch sides within your station for set time.
After set time, group 1 & 2 will switch.
Instructions:
Perform skill moves at cones and poles.
Change the skills for both stations at the end of every round
Coach can have players attack and move in anyway ( Lines are just a guideline. Please be creative)
