1v1 to 4 goals. 1pt if you dribble between the cones / 2pts if you shoot in the small goal. Play starts with White passing to Blue and immediately applying pressure to take away shot on goal.

1v1 to back to back goals. White = defender / Blue = attacker. Blue scores on either goal, if White steals the ball they score by passing the ball back to the defending line where all the other soccer balls are. Players switch lines every time.

1v1 to 2 dribble goals. White = defender / Blue = attacker. White passes to Blue and then immediately applies pressure. Both players attempt to dribble through either red dribble goal to score a point. Switch lines every time.

1v1 to 4 Goals (white scores on yellow goals, blue scores on red goals).
Change the starting position of the players to bring out different situations. Shown in the diagram is the attacker and defender start in the middle by touching the blue cone and then from there they can move anywhere to receive the pass. This creates a 1v1 off the ball to create space to receive.
