Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): PAC - MAN (Start Time: 2019-08-13 13:50:00)

Pac - Man (15 mins)

Set up a grid as shown above with cones 8-10yards apart. Place 'chasers' on each corner on the outside and 'Pac - Men" by the middle on the outside.

Rules

i) Can only move inside the grid along the line of cones.

ii) Game is for Pac-Man to touch one of the blue cones in the center to enter the 'Garden of Eden' and score his team a point.

iii) Game starts with a Pac-Man and chaser inside the grid. Every 10-sec a new Pac-Man and Chaser join the grid. There can be as many Pac-Men as possible, but only 4-Chasers. Once all 4-chasers are in the grid, when the 5th enters, the 1st Chaser leaves and reloads a corner.

iv) If a Chaser 'tags' a Pac-Man, he is out the game for the duration.

v) Game lasts 2-minutes; how many Pac-Men can secure entry into the Garden of Eden?

vi) BONUS: Once during the 2-minutes, coach call "10-sec bonus", Pac-men have opportunity to grab one of the two yellow pinnies. If successful, this brings back to life one Pac-Man who was captured and can now re-enter the game.

vii) Switch teams every 2-minutes.Whoever has the most Mac-Men in the Garden of Eden:- WINS!
