Organization:
-Any of the 3 stations can be used to perform ball mastery moves.
Perform any or all of the ball mastery or moves:
-toe tap/side-to-side - Single Scissor
-single inside/outside cuts - Double Scissor
-sole/heel/toe roll - Step over
-inside/outside roll - U-turn
-V outside pull push - U-turn hook
-pull/push/step on
-pull/push/step over
Station A:
-5 players, 4 balls
-player in the middle is to pass back to the other 4 players using a multitude of ball mastery skills
-outside players are recieving and passing using the same technique
Station B:
-players move from one-side to the other performing ball mastery skills
Station C:
-4 players per grid (players 2-4 have ball, player 1 will do physical literacy movement)
-players 2-4 will perform different ball mastery skills determined by coach
-each grid will last for 30-60 seconds and then players move forward to next ball
-player at the end will jog/sprint to the front of the line and continue sequence

-3 cones, 3 players, 2 balls
How to Play:
-player without the ball will execute ball movement (inside foot, outside foot, chest, headers, etc..)
-player will start on the outside of the cone and then move inwards and to the left or right, executing 4 passing back (2 to player A and 2 to player B)

Organization:
5 cones (10-12yds apart) create 2 grids
6-8 players
1 ball per group
How to Play:
-Player A without ball moves pass the center cone and then recieve pass from player B performing outside cuts. Player A passes back to where he was coming from and pattern alternates with other side.
-Can use mutliple foot skills, volleys and headers
Coaching Points:
-make sure that you come across the cone before recieving the ball
-attack the ball and keep your eye on the ball at all time
