Organization:
- Channels set up for 1v1 scenarios
Instructions:
- Players are to go 1v1 vs the opposition with the intent to get to the oppositions end line to score points
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Attack the defender at speed if the space is there
- If defender dives in, timing of move to get past defender
- Size of touches during approach and exit
- Direction of press
- Approaching the attacker
- Deflect
- Timing of tackle
Regressions/Progressions:
