Hockey Session (Senior): Numerical disadvantage for defence

Point system

Blues get 3 points when they score

Orange:

1v1 = 3 points

4v3 = 2 points

6v4 = 1 point 

corner = half a point

Zone B

1. 1st ball is played for a 1v1 

If blue come up with the ball they can transfer it to zone A for a mini game 3v4. 

2. 2nd ball is played into zone A for a 4v3

The game can only be played in zone A. Objective is to score in the 9 yard area through baseline run. If orange feel stuck they can transfer the ball to zone B. If this happens all players are involved in the game 6v4 and the full 35 yards is in play.

Blues objective is to force the def 25 yard principles in def or in transition from D-A make connections, get players ahead and score a goal

Manage the baseline attack by forcing to the corner.
