Organization:
1) 2 boxes. One made up on outside, one smaller in inside made up of mannequins (As shown)
2) 6 players with a ball, 6 without.
Instructions:
Looking to drive into box, perform change of direction then look to play between two mannequins to a team mate who is free on the outside. Continious. Players without ball on the outside can move up and down the line in order to open up a passing lane in order to penetrate.
Coaching Points:
1) Receing the ball with back foot.
2)Quickness of the turn and getting head up.
3) Driving at pace into the middle area which is surrounded by mannequins.
4) Looking for opportunity to penetrate between to open team mate.
5) Movement after the ball to replace
Progressions:
Add in a give and go at the end, or make box smaller.

Organization:
1) 40 x 20. Mannequin centrally.
Instructions:
1) Ball starts on outside.
2) CM with ball plays into ST's feet.
3) ST looks to play back 1st time, as the pass is played back, the opposite CM is looking to advance and be played ahead. Ideally through ball.
Coaching Points:
1) ST's movement to get on the ball.
2) Weight of pass both into ST's feet, or when switched to opposite CM.
3) Timing of movement from CM to break the lines.
Progressions:
1) 1st time.
2) Pressure live.

Organization:
Full Half
Instructions:
Same setup as previous, only now 2v2 situation in the box.
1) Same build up, but now, looking to hit the FB/CM much wider, which then becomes a crossing situation.
2) Once CM/ST has connected with FB/CM, he is now looking to spin away and become an option for the cross, this now creates a 3v2, or a 4v2 if crosser comes inside.
Coaching Points:
1) Weight of pass again.
2) Looking to now play wider insead of central.
3) Quality of cross.
4) Strikers movement.
Progressions:
1) Defender live on 1st pass.
2) 5v3 game situation.

Will then add in fast feet elements to increase tempo.
