Practice starts with Volley from coach, once the gk makes the save the ball is played from player 1 into the feet or Space of player 2. Attacking player has maximum 2 touches to score.

Explanation
Phase 1
Ball is played from the coach into the central attacking player. Attacking player can shoot on their first touch or take a touch that goes outside the neutral central zone towards either goal to create a 1v1 situation.
Constraints
-Attacking player has maximum 3 touches to score
-attacking player must dribble around the goalkeeper
-Attacking player looks to score using a side foot finish or dribble- At game pace and realism
Phase 2
If the goalkeeper makes the save and maintains possession the goalkeeper can either
role to the coach for a 1v1 going in the opposite direction or dribble themselves
If the goalkeeper doesn't maintain possession or a goal is scored/goes out of play a second ball is played in from the coach to the attacking player
