Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): PASSING FORWARD GAME

Screen 1 (15 mins)

RULES:

- Players play even numbers inside and try to find their colour in the end zone 

- RED are starting and trying to combine a few passes and find a way to pass to the player on the other end 

- YELLOWS try to regain possession, If the ball win recycle the ball to the outside player and build up from there 

- If team got a point rotate roles 

- Outside players have to be in constant supporting positions 

- Encourage players to be in constant movements and check their shoulders and watch their body position to receive 

PROGRESSIONS & VARIATIONS :

- Make a few passes before playing to another end 

- Start with two footballs ( one each) and just give players an idea of moving a ball from end to end
