TRANSITION: 4V4 BARCA GAME
4V4 to goal. Coach serves any attacking line. Players attack the big goal. If they lose the ball they transition and defend the mini goals.
If defenders win the ball, they breakout and score in either of the mini goals

TRANSITION: 4V4 +3 MANCHESTER CITY
Two teams of four player inside the gird with three neutrals. The attacking team attempts to obtain 8-10 consecutive passes for a point. Neutrals have two touch maximum. Center neutral must stay on line dividing the grid. If the defending team wins the ball, they attempt to play out to either outside neutral. If successful, they become the attacking team in the center and the other team of four now defends
Once the attacking team loses the ball, they need to immediately transition to win the ball back and prevent the defending team from playing to the outside neutrals

TRANSITION: 5V3 MANCHESTER CITY
Teams play 5v3 in center area. Two players on the defending team are outside in the channels. If the attacking team gets 8-10 consecutive passes, they earn a point
If the defending team wins the ball they can score on any four goals themselves or using their outside neutral players. The attacking team must immediately transition to defend the goals and win the ball ball
If the defending team of 3 scores, their team five is now attacking in the 5v3 scenario, while the attacking team switches to defense three players defend, the other two are in channels

team of eight players (includes goalkeepers) plays possession while team of 4 plays team win the ball, transition, and score
Inside attacking players have 1 touch. Outside players have 2 touch
If attacking team completes 10 consecutive passes = point
If defending team wins the ball, the two attacking players transition to defend and it's now 4v2 inside the area. The team of four can score on either goal

TRANSITION DROP THE CONE
Two teams as needed with goalkeepers. Play for time. Most goals wins
Every time a player gains possession, and begin dribble the ball, they drop their cone and play. When the team loses the ball, they transition back to pick up their cone before they can rejoin the game.

4V2 TRANSITION
Three teams of four players
One team plays 4v2 in a square. The defending team has two other players in the center of the square
The third team has one-two players in each open square
If the team of four players versus the lone defending player make five consecutive passes, they play any of the other three squares. They then move one-two players into each open square. The defending team send another two players from the center to defend. The player receiving the ball is immediately joined by his other three teammates to play 4v2
If the defender wins the ball, the coach serves one of the open three squares an the team that was attacking in the 4v2 now transitions to defend. Two players sprint to defend and the other two players go into the center of the square. The defending team now moves one-two players in each open square
