Covering the Near Post
The goalkeeper starts in the middle of the goal, he must then run out and around the post on the 6 yard position.
The server can either wait for the goalkeeper to be in position (recommended for starting sets), or can be served to the near post while the goalkeeper is still moving (the more advanced the goalkeeper the further away the shot can be).

Covering the Far Post
The goalkeeper starts on the goal line, on go moves out to the side (as if the ball has been played out wide). Once rounding the post the goalkeeper should move into position for a shot from the server (the wide ball has eith been passed in, or run in)
Shots should be placed either side of the goalkeeper and can be taken when the goalkeeper is stationary, or still moving.

The balls on the outside of the box are numbered. Once a number has been called the goalkeeper must move between the appropriate set of poles and into position for the shot. Once the goalkeeper has moved they cannot go back, so should they go through the wrong post they should recover across into the correct position.
To progress the goalkeeper can be made go to through the opposite posts and come across.
