Key Factors

Weak foot shooting, each player lines up in the three separate lines in front of the goal, rotating with each shot, this session can be made more difficult by challenging the players to use their weaker foot even when it would be easier to use their strong foot, players cannot shoot inside the area, this session can be made easier by allowing the attacker more touches of the ball and to position themselves within the area before shooting.

Whole-part-whole, during the final game of the session the players may be challenged to use their weaker foot when shooting by awarding 2 points rather than just one if they score with their weaker foot.
