A will pass the ball to player B who checks off the Mannequin (opponent).Player B recieves the ball side on and effects a quility touch forward and plays the ball to player C (and so on)

Structure the session using 6 Mannequin's to represent off-side as showwn
Allow players to follow the sequence before introducing a GK and allowing the final pass to create 1v1 with GK
Consider passing accuracy and weight of pass
Allow players to use imagination with passing and over lapping

Game Training 10 mins
Teams play 5 v 5 inside the area defined by the Mannequins once 3 passes are made players play a through ball past the mannequins lookin to create 1v1 scoring opportunity with GK
If the defending team win th ball and score in any of the 3 mini goals then they become the attackers
Progression (10 mins)
Allow players to use the full area (keeping mannequins as the offside line) However, they must still effect three passes in the middle third before they can make the "killer pass". Consider the effective use of width and space to create gaps in opposition lines.
Defenders,look to push opposition backward and press when they have turned back towards goal

OBJECTIVE OF SESSION
For players to make an effective pass because a team mate has made a intelligent/effective run forward,in preference to making a pass in hope that a team mate makes a run
OUTCOME
Players will recognise good movement and can weight a pass that allows the recieving player to effect a good first touch at speed
WARM-UP
4-6 Players form a circle with a mannequin featured in the centre
Players take two touches (must take two) and play the ball to a team mate on the opposite side of the mannequin
The first touch is imperstive if the second touch (the pass) is to be effective
Periodically stop for Dynamic Stretching
