Session designed to make the players aware of their specific position responsibilities on the field. From warm up to game all activities are set up following a 4-3-3 formation. Flat back four, triangular mid 3 and 3 forwards will be emphasized.

20 minutes, medium/high, 6:1 ratio, 12 players, 2 GK, 1/2 field, tactical possession within 1/4 field
Back four, def. mid, and cen forwrd vs mid 3, 3 fowards.
Maroon team will posses the ball in their quarter field, using the GK as an extra player. If blue team wins the ball, they use a penetrating pass to their GK and keep the ball in their quarter.
Coaching points - creating triangles, movement without the ball, firm passess, playing the ball to the correct foot, recovering the ball, etc.
Progression - Open the field and play possession in the entire half using the GK. Possession should be with the idea of always moving the ball forward.

25 minutes, high intensity, 5:1 ratio, 14 players, 1/2 field
Regular soccer game on two nets.
Blue Team (triangular midfield + 3 forwards)
Maroon Team (Back four, + def mid + forward)
Coaching points - players' responsibilities in the 4-3-3 formation. Defensive and offensive responsibilities. Offensive (blue team) should force the defensive (maroon team) to play the ball backwards.
