Coconuts (20 mins)
Coconuts
Objective of the game is to pass or dribble the game ball into a target and knock the ball off of the target. First team to knock all 4 balls off of cones is the winner.
Progression: Team has to make 3 consecutive passes before they shoot on coconuts/targets.

Pirates of the Pugg Game (20 mins)
Pirates of the Pugg Game
20x20 yard grid, 1 pugg goal in the middle of the grid. All players form 3 person teams except for 2-3 Pirates/Defenders. Each team dribbles and passes around the grid, trying to keep ball away from the pirates. Pirates are trying to steal the ball and score inside the pugg goal. Players who lose their ball are allowed to try and win their ball back before the pirate scores inside the pugg goal. Play for 3 minutes and then switch pirates.

Gates to Puggs (20 mins)
Gates to Puggs
Players are split into pairs with one ball per pair. Pairs attempt to pass their ball through as many gates as possible within an allocated time frame. Play for 2 minute intervals.
Progression: Add defenders. Defenders try to steal the ball from pairs and then score on pugg goals. Pairs continue to score points for each pass made through gates. Play for 2 minutes and take score.
Rotate defenders.

Endzone corner game (30 mins)
3v3, 4v4 (depending on numbers) Team A must pass to target players in their respective corner boxes to score a point. Team B must do the same in their respective corner boxes. 30x30 for older players (ages 9-12), 20x20 grid with normal endzones for ages 5-8.
Progression: 3 passes must be made before passing to target player. Player who passes to their target player takes their place in the target box and the target player then joins the field of play. (player movement).

Two lines facing each other. Players in Line A pass to players in Line B. Players in Line A follow their pass to the end of the B Line. Player from B Line passes to next player in A line and follows their pass to end of A Line.
Younger players (Age 5-7) can simply pass back and forth to each other. This exercise should be suitable for ages 8-12.
