General Movement
In and around the box
We have to make sure the GK's are setting properly before any shot is made to them but they have to be moving effectively.
Early set position will give them more of a chance to save the ball

1. GK moves through cones / markers
2. GK moves into goal for a shot
3. GK moves through cones / markers to finish exercise
The coach should move his position (along red line) for each different set used.

GK Movement - 3
Start the ball with the coach near the centre of the pitch

rest of 'team' acting as attacking players
The coach will pass the ball to any attacking player and they have to make at least 3 passes between them and move the ball from one side of the pitch to the other before they are allowed to shoot at goal.
(The shot has to be outside of the box - no outdfielders allowed out of the box)
The GK is to remain in-line with the ball at all times, look for the trigger point and set for the shot on goal
Progression
The shot has to be be outside of the box but they are then allowed in for any rebounds

If time only
Pick a general spot on the pitch to start
Overload of attackers v defenders
Looking for quick passing, attacking movements and support
Quick shots on goal are a must
Initial shots have to be from outside of the box but all rebounds are live
