Example 1:
Part 1:
Dynamic flebillity utillising fifa 11 which concicts of 11 movemnets completed at the length of cones which is 10 metres, inbetween the two middle comnes a jog at 50% will be completed before finishing of the stretch. Time taken to complete warm up should consisist between 10-12 minutes.
Part 2:
The second part of the warm up consits of a 12 metre pass which consist of 3 variations. One being a pass to the other side where the player will take one touch and pass back once pass is completed they run to the other side. Second variation will consist of a one two between the players. Third variation consists of a one touch pass and a incraesed pace in the jog more like a 75% sprint.
Part 3:
The last part of the warm up will consist of a 5v5 posssesion game with the starters. The game will go for 2 minutes on and then 1 minute off and then again another 2 minutes and warm up will be completed.
