5v5 within 40x30 box. 4 neutral players on outside supporting play. Keep control of the ball as long as we can, once we make 10 passes, stop the ball in a box for a goal.
Points
- Taking control of possession. Release the ball to the players with the most space and keep it moving using good angles, accuracy of passes and quality of first touches. Disciplined with the ball. Rewarded for 10 passes in this exercise.

Attack v Defence Finding Weak Side
7v6 + GK - One white player (attacker) free down one wing. Ball begins at the back for the whites, work the ball out to the weak side when possible to attack the box. Black team score through two gates when they win the ball back.
Points - good consistent passes and movement. Find the open player often to be able to attack. Once ball is out to winger, get into the box for the cross.
Prog - Wide player has 2 free touches to get the ball into the box. If they can't cross the ball (deep), supporting run into the corner of the field.
- If getting success, on first touch, black player can go press the winger.

Heading Game
2 teams. One team starts in goal (black team). White first player runs around the cone and heads a feeded ball at the goal. 1 point if they score. Black GK goes to back of their line, white player who headed it becomes the GK and black team has their front player run around the cone and attempt to head it in. Repeat round for 4-5 minutes. Keep score and emphasise good headers.
- Forehead, strong neck movement to gain power on the ball.
- Meet the ball high up.
- Into corners.
