  • Midfield Trios (Possession Teams):

    • Two midfield trios.
    • Goal is to maintain possession of the ball.
    • Each player in the trios can take a maximum of 2 touches.
    • They aim to progress the ball from the bottom to the top (and vice versa).

  • Neutral Players (End Zone Players):

    • Positioned in the end zones.
    • Play with whoever is in possession of the ball.
    • Neutral players have only one touch.
    • They cannot pass to each other.

  • Field Shape and Objective:

    • The field is wide and short, favoring width over length.
    • The goal is to score into one of the three mini-goals.

  • Team Formations:

    • WhiteTeam: 3-3 formation
    • Blue Team: 4-2 formation 

  • Possession Rules:

    • WhiteTeam:
      • Must complete 5 passes before attempting to score.
      • Initially, they have unlimited touches.
      • Progress towards a maximum of 2 touches per player.
    • B;ue Team:
      • Can score as soon as there is an opportunity.

  • Bonus Scoring:

    • Goals scored with a one-touch shot after a wall-pass count double.
