WARM UP: DEFENDING TIPPNG
1. Player A passes to Player B and closes down on Player B. Player B dribbles at A who back peddles keeping the ball and Player B in front until they return to the line. Then the players switch sides
Player B should not be concerned with beating Player A
2, Player A and Player B face each other passing back and forth. On coach command, Player lets ball go between their legs and turn moving towards ball. Other player quickly closes preventing player with ball from turning. Keep arms length from player with ball,
3. The two players will work on block and poke tackling. Player stands about a foot from the ball. On coaches command, both players will plant their left foot and follow through with their right foot executing a block tackle. Then players will stand at a angle to the ball and on coaches commend perform a poke tackle

WARM UP: INDIVIDUAL DEFENDING VIA PASSING
1. Pass back and forth and on command "Defend" sprint to touch ball in center
2. Pass back and forth and on command "Defend" receiving player lets ball go between the legs and the other player closes not allowing them to turn
3. Pass back and forth and on command "Defend" sprint to touch ball on the side
4. Pass back and forth and on command "Defend" sprint to get ball on the side and dribble thru the opponents goal. (1v1)

DRIBBLING GAME IN PAIRS (MEGS GAME)
One ball between two.
One players dribbles through the legs of his partner. Then dribbles around and repeats. All balls must be dribbled through from the front.
The partner counts. Play for 60 seconds then switch roles
Most goals wins. if lose or tie, do fun fitness. Ex mountain climbers, star jumps

4.Standing: Drop back, step forward, leap up and head back. Alternate feet, sideways on left, sideways on right, feet square
